Bloodline 8790 Refund & Return Policy

At Bloodline 8790, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements below.

1. Return Window

Customers have 14 days from the date their order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Returns requested after the 14-day period may not be accepted.

2. Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be unwashed
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in original, resalable condition
• Have no stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Bloodline 8790.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges must also be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Size and product exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or alternative option may be provided.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

6. Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If Bloodline 8790 made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue and may cover the applicable return shipping costs.
